One and Two Union Square will be closed on legal holidays generally observed in the State of Washington. Listed below are the legal holiday dates that will be observed for the calendar year 2021.

*The building will be open the day after Thanksgiving, but Tenant Services and R&M will not be on-site.
When the buildings are closed in observance of holidays:
- Access to the building is available with the use of an after-hours access card.
- Janitorial services will not be provided.
- Heating and air conditioning systems are not operated unless prior arrangements have been made for overtime service. Forms for requesting overtime service are available in the tenant handbook, at www.unionsquareseattletenant.com or by contacting Tenant Services at 206.623.4567 during business hours.
- Tenant Requests/Services: Tenant Services will be closed the day of the observed holiday. For emergency assistance, please contact the Security Desk at 206.613.5333 they are available 24×7.
