Renovation Update November 8, 2017

Good news!  We have reopened part of the corner entry at  6th Avenue and Union Street.  Pedestrian traffic may now use the ramp from 6th and Union for access to the ground level courtyard and the Two Union Square entry door at the base of the waterfall.

The next phase of construction will close the 6th Avenue sidewalk in front of the retail shop, Butch Blum.  The sidewalk will remain closed for a couple of weeks.

We understand the inconvenience this closure may cause for many of our tenants and their guests and would like to provide alternative routes during the 6th Avenue sidewalk closure. Building entrances to note are:

  • From 6th Avenue, enter mid-block next to HomeStreet Bank. Proceed through to the second level of the courtyard to the doorways on the right for One Union.  Proceed straight for the entrance at the Two Union Starbucks on the right or continue straight for the entrance to the  Two Union Grand Staircase.  Access to elevator to reach the Two Union main lobby is available next to the Grand Staircase.
  • 6th Avenue, enter near MOD pizza.  Proceed straight to the escalator for One Union or turn left and follow the retail concourse to the Grand Staircase for Two Union.
  • 7th Avenue and Union, external stairs between Two Union and the Convention Center. At the top of the staircase, turn right, then use the entrance near Tully’s.  Alternatively from 7th Avenue and Union, Two Union is accessible at the 7th Avenue street level south bound through the revolving doors or by elevator on the right.
  • Parking garage entrances are also available.

For access to Butch Blum, please use the interior courtyard entry door.  Additionally, there will be periodic access available via the front doors on 6th Avenue, as construction allows.
